meditation has so many benefits, I like to try and meditate everyday to help with stress levels and to be present and in the moment.

try putting aside at least 10 minutes per day to meditate, it really will help to make you feel CALM, PRESENT and CENTRED

Hi my name is Racheal and welcome, I have created my blog in hopes that my updates may uplift those who are going threw struggles and cant seem to find that light. I have always been one with big empathy and sensitive to those around me, being a support worker for many years now i just got that desire to want to bring out that smile on those faces and help the best way i can with all i have. to myself it is the persons well being that is going to get them by in life, as my motto is... "IF YOU ARE FEELING GOOD, YOU WILL DO GOOD" now i say this as i too have gone threw life experiences that have put me in a hole and i felt as if there was no coming out, like that's the end! i tell you those times were such horrible feelings, had i knew than what i know now those feelings would have come and gone so fast. but i don't regret it as i would not be here sharing my story and to try to help those that need a little bit of enlightenment to know that you wont feel that way for long and with a little bit of tender love and care and to start making time for you, that you can start to feel those positive vibes yet again
