when you find yourself not feeling 100% take a step back and figure out in that moment why that is…what is going on around you?…
if you are sore,tired,hungry whatever that maybe you will be able to pinpoint what exactly it is when you step back and evaluate YOU! and when you have worked out what it is that is making you feel those things than address the situation to make you feel better…
i know this may sound easy, and yet so many people out there are caught up in doing what there doing, and do not listen to those ques our bodies try to tell us, and that will leave you feeling exhausted,deflated worried and so much more…
so next time you do not feel your best take the step back and figure out what your mind body and soul is saying to you…
if your hungry eat (healthy options are always best and will provide long lasting energy)
or if your tired (sit down whenever you can your body will thank you for it)
if you feel a bit overwhelmed, what are you worried about? (address the worry and say to yourself “you may not be able to control the situation but it will all be ok”) if you have had some sugar this can also lead to worry and anxiety try to avoid this as much as possible (but everything is ok in moderation)
